PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.26 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A2 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.02.2023 for the offence under section 302 of IPC in Crime No.26 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution there was money transaction between A1 and the deceased and the when the deceased demanded the money A1 conspired with the other accused and committed the murder, hence the case.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. It is seen that A1 borrowed loan from the deceased and when the deceased demanded back the money from A1, A1 engaged A2 to A4 and paid Rs.1,50,000/- inorder to do away the life of the deceased. This petitioner is arrayed as A2 and there is specific overt act as https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

against A2 to A5 and they have brutally murdered the deceased who is aged about 65 years. That apart the petitioner involved in five previous cases. Further the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.02.2023 hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
