This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the II Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Cases), Madurai District to consider the petitioners bail appliation on his Surrender on the same day in Cr.No.110/2022 on the file of the respondent police.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section to direct the III Additional District and Session Court, Madurai District to consider the petitioners bail application on his surrender on the same day in Crime No.110 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.Antony Arulraj, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Muthu Manikkam, Government Advocate for the respondents, and this Court made the following order :

By an order, dated 06.05.2022, a direction was given to consider the bail application of the petitioner on conditions. Since the petitioner herein had wrongly mentioned the name of the jurisdictional Court in this petition, he had filed another Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9333 of 2022 seeking for the same relief by mentioning the correct jurisdictional Court, in which, by order, dated 18.05.2022, a direction was given to consider the bail application of the petitioner.

2.The earlier order of this Court, dated 06.05.2022, has not yet been despatched. In this ground, the petitioner herein seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

CRL OP(MD) No.8813 of 2022 3.Accordingly, the earlier order, dated 06.05.2022, is hereby recalled and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
