PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents to register a case under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC r/w SC/ST Atrocities Act based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.06.2018.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, she made a complaint before the respondent police, but so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Therefore, she filed the present Criminal Original Petition with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been enquired by the second respondent police. During the enquiry, it is found that the said complaint is false. Therefore, the same is closed as false complaint. The copy of the closure report has also been placed before this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has disputed the said fact and seeks liberty to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate for seeking appropriate remedy. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and considering the request of the petitioner,

this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate, if she so advised.
