For Respondent : Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For anticipatory bail in crime no.5 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 506(i) I.P.C., and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, in Cr.No.5 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has filed a report of the District Social Welfare Officer, Tirunelveli, dated 27.10.2021, wherein she has stated that the first accused and the defacto complainant, who are the husband and wife, expressed their willingness to live together. Moreover, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after completing the investigation in this case, a charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.101 of 2021, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tenkasi and the learned Judicial Magistrate has ordered for issuance of summons.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
