Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 04.04.2021 to 31.05.2021.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was complying with the conditions from 04.04.2021 to 31.03.2021 and since online exam started, the petitioner was not able to comply with the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.4104 of 2021 going student and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. 5.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
