ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tenkasi District to complete the trial in STC.No.594 of 2021 in Crime No.366 of 2016, dated 23.08.2016 on the file of the respondent police station within the time stipulated by this court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that within a period of six months trial will be completed.

3. In view of the said submission, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tenkasi District to dispose the STC.No.594 of 2021 pending on its file within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
