: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to effect service connection to the petitioner's house bearing S.No.2/3A and 3B, situated at Vilacheri Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, to an extent of 1690 sq. feet, pursuant to her application dated 16.05.2015 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
