Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.857/E/2020 dated 08.06.2021 on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, forbearing the respondent from cancelling the lease of fishing rights granted to the petitioner's Co-operative Society in respect of Ayyavaithan Tank at Avaniyapuram vide the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.857/E/2020 dated 05.11.2020 till a decision is taken by the respondent after consulting the Public Works Department and Madurai Corporation as per the order passed by this Court in W.P.[MD] No.23786 of 2018 and batch dated 18.02.2021.
