No.150, dated 19.10.2015 which confirms the appellate order passed in Na.Ka.No.95098/A4/E2/2013 dated 11.11.2013 arising out of the punishment order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.33709/A4/E2/2012 dated 07.01.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to disburse all other consequential service and monitory benefits to the petitioner within the stipulated time.
