The prayer in this writ petition is to furnish certain copies of documents required by the petitioner so as to enable her to agitate her grievance before the Court.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved by non-furnishing of any documents, if she is otherwise entitled to, it is always open to her to invoke the provisions of Right to Information Act and seek appropriate remedy before the authority concerned. Instead of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

invoking the provisions of the said Act, the petitioner has chosen to invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

3. This Court is of the considered view that such a writ petition is not maintainable and the same is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
