ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition that he shall stay at Trichy Srilankan Refugee Special Camp, Trichy and he shall not leave without the prior permission of the Hon'ble Court and he shall report and sign before the above said camp authorities daily twice at 10.30 am., and 05.00 pm., until further orders imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram in Crl.M.P.No.1413 of 2023 dated 20.03.2023.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram in Crl.M.P.No.1413 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
2023 dated 20.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
