O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to take necessary action based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint before the respondent police as against one Balakrishnan and two others, but no action was taken. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, they called the petitioner for enquiry and it is came to know that the petitioner was not residing in the address mentioned in the complaint. Hence, the petitioner's representation was closed on 04.04.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

4.Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the petitioner's representation was already considered and closed, this Court 2/4

is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law, if she is aggrieved.

6.Today a copy of the closure report was also furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
