ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 420, 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.273 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This is a case of job rocketing. The petitioners received a sum of Rs.4,20,000/- from the defacto complainant in the month of July 2017.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- has already been paid. He further submits that the balance amount of Rs.2,20,000/- would be paid to the defacto complainant directly within a period of three months.

4. Therefore, the petitioners shall file compliance report before this Court within 29.10.2018 that the undertaking given before this Court has been complied with. The prosecution is strictly directed to monitor the compliance of this undertaking. If the petitioners fail to comply with this undertaking, it is the duty https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the prosecution to file an application for cancellation of the anticipatory bail.

5. Recording the said undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, and executing a bond each of them for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
