(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment in S.F.No.180/1, Vigneshwarapuram Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2.He had already submitted a representation dated 08.06.2015 in this regard. The petitioner would further point out that the first respondent had already initiated proceedings in this regard on 27.07.2015. He would also refer to the proceedings dated 29.07.2015 issued by the second respondent. He seeks conclusion of the said proceedings.

3.This Court therefore directs the second respondent to take follow up action pursuant to the proceedings dated 29.07.2015 in Na.Ka.9256/2015/A1. If the "Vari poramboke" has been encroached upon, the same shall be removed after complying with due process of law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
