ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] Challenging the order of the 1st respondent dated 12.03.2025, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to restructure his loan Account No.184002935870. 2.On 03.04.2025, this Court has passed a conditional order, directing the petitioners to pay 30% of the total amount to the respondent Bank on or before 21.04.2025 and posted the matter today (21.04.2025) for reporting compliance. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent would submit that the petitioners have not complied with the conditional order of this Court dated 03.04.2025.
