ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the second respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420 of IPC and r/w under Section 12(1)(B) of the Passport Act 1967, in Crime No.3 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.This matter relates to the forging of document for the purpose of obtaining passport. The petitioner had entrusted a job with one agent who had done mischief.

4.Taking into account of these circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the second respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of seven days for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
