PRAYER :- To call for the records in FIR No.54 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police for an offence punishable under Sections 447, 294(b), 427, 506(2), and 379 of IPC and quash the First Information Report. ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been filed.

2. This Court had already granted time to file additional grounds. As of now, no additional grounds have been filed. Since the charge sheet has been filed, the present petition cannot be entertained. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet.
