The above petition has been filed seeking orders to amend the grounds of appeal by incorporating the substantial questions of law in C.M.S.A(MD)No.14 of 2026.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant would submit that they have not mentioned the substantial questions of law in the appeal memorandum by oversight and hence, the petitioner was constrained to file the present application seeking amendment. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the records. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the papers and list the matter on 21.04.2026.
