Claiming medical reimbursement, the petitioner is before this Court.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported that the petitioner has passed away during the pendency of the writ petition.
3.It is fairly submitted on the side of the respondents that there is no dispute for granting the balance amount of medical reimbursement.
4.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the legal heirs of the petitioner to produce necessary documents, including the legal heir certificate before the respondents. On such filing, the balance amount of Rs.50,000/- is directed to be settled. No costs.
