Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUMUGAM.CM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3347 of 2023 dated 01.03.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that now the investigation has been transferred to the file of the Special Investigation Division, Madurai. However, the petitioner failed to appear before the Special Investigation Division, Madurai.

CRL MP(MD) No.6083 of 2023 dismissed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Special Investigation Division, CBCID, SID, Madurai, for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
