This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent and conduct Katta Panchayat in civil dispute. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that there is no petition and enquiry pending before the second respondent police station and they did not interfere any civil dispute as alleged by the petitioner.
