O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the Principal Subordinate Judge, Trichirappalli to early dispose of the first appeal in A.S.No.89 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Trichirappalli.

2.The respondents/plaintiffs filed a suit against the petitioners in O.S.No.599 of 2008 before the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli, for permanent injunction. The above said suit was dismissed on 05.01.2015. Aggrieved against the said judgment and decree, the respondents filed an appeal in A.S.No.89 of 2015 before the learned Principal Sub Court, Trichy and the same is pending without any progress from the year 2015. In the circumstances, the petitioners have come out with the present Civil Revision Petition for speedy disposal of H.M.O.P.No.610 of 2015.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the entire materials on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Taking into consideration the material facts and

circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned Principal Sub Court, Trichy.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Principal Sub Judge, Trichy, is directed to dispose of the A.S.No.89 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, on day-to-day basis, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
