Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent vide letter No.A/2609/2012 dated 13.05.2013 and consequential order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Se.Mu.Aaa.No.Thu Pa 1/ 57025/12, dated 20.05.2013 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to join in the office of the 4th respondent as Inspector of Hand Boring Set Grade III.
