This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2018 and consequently direct the third respondent to grant permission to conduct fasting (hunger strike) on 14.07.2018 at about 9.00 a.m., to 5.00 p.m., in front of new bus stand, Kilakarai. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a representation on 21.06.2018 seeking permission to conduct hunger strike on 14.07.2018 at about 9.00a.m., to 5.00 p.m, in front of the new bus stand, Kilakarai, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Ramanathapuram and the same was not considered by the third respondent.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2018 was considered and the same was rejected on 01.07.2018 by the third respondent. 5.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition becomes infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order passed by the third respondent. 6.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
