This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent herein to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.2838 of 2020 dated 30.11.2020.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) would submit that an enquiry was conducted based upon the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.2838 of 2020 dated 30.11.2020 and it was closed on 06.08.2020. A closure report has also been submitted before the concerned jurisdiction Magitrate, viz. Judicial Magistrate-I, Nagercoil . A copy of the closure report is also submitted to this Court for perusal.
