ORDER
The Criminal revision petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order passed in in Cr.M.P.No.590/2020, against Cr.M.P.No.4311/2019 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.R.C.(MD)No.430 of 2021 Judge, Thanjavur District and consequently to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second to fourth respondents. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police completed the investigation and closed as 'mistake of fact'. RCS notice has also been served on the petitioner. 3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
