Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order in Letter No.10781/Ne.Va.2(1)/2017 dt.27/11/2017 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and subsequently direct the 1st to 4th respondents herein to revise the date of regularization of the petitioner from 23/07/1997 and pay the arrears of salary to the post of secondary Grade teacher for 5 years and subsequently from 23/07/2002 to revise the pay of the petitioner to that of primary school Headmaster and grant all other service benefits based on the revised date of regularization to the petitioner.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.N.Ramanathan Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.P.Maharajan Special Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: It is seen from the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Tenkasi, dated 19.04.2022, that the order made in the writ petition has been complied with.
