This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in I.D.O.P.No.142 of 2019 from the file of the Additional District & Sessions Court, Tenkasi and transfer the same to Principal District Court, Chengalpattu.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the compromise talks are going on between the parties and hence, he seeks time for reporting settlement.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file a fresh transfer civil miscellaneous petition. 4.Recording the above submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
