ORDER
The writ petition has been filed challenging the communication order passed by the fourth respondent bearing Ref.L.No. VCON/PRINCIPAL/607/2025 dated 27.03.2025 and to direct the respondents to re-admit the petitioner in the III year B.Sc., Nursing Course at the fourth respondent College for the academic year 2024-2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if the fourth respondent gives No Objection Certificate, the petitioner will pursue the course in some other college under the third respondent or any other deemed University. 3.The learned counsel for the fourth respondent would submit that the fourth respondent has no objection for issuing the No Objection Certificate to the petitioner.
4.Recording the same, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to issue the No Objection Certificate forthwith for the petitioner to pursue further education in any other College either within the jurisdiction of the third respondent/Dr.MGR.Medical University or any other deemed College. 5.With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
