The case of the petitioner is that pursuant to the notification issued by the second respondent, dated 14.09.2018, the petitioner has participated in the recruitment process and in the written examination and the result of the main exam was published on 01.04.2019. The petitioner was able to get 52.32 marks. She belongs to Other Backward Class category. Further, a number of candidates, who got lesser marks in the Other Backward Class category, have been selected. Hence, the petitioner has filed these Writ Petitions.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the Registration Number.1690842095 mentioned by the petitioner relates to one Ishika Gupta and she is a General Category, whereas, the petitioner's Registration Number is 1690743045 and this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to forward the preliminary mark of the petitioner within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court so as to enable the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the materials placed before this Court.
5. The petitioner has filed these Writ Petitions on the sole ground that she has completed preliminary examination and mentioned her Registration Number as 1690842095. In order to ascertain the same, this Court issued a direction to the second respondent to furnish the applications and the said applications have been produced before this Court.
6. On perusal of the same, it reveals that the Registration No.1690842095 mentioned by the petitioner relates to one Ishika Gupta, whereas, the petitioner's Registration Number is 1690743045 and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the respondents to forward the preliminary mark of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
