Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2015 and furnish him the details about the extent of the land in Therkkutheru Village Survey Nos.219/11, 219/12 and 219/13 of Therkutheru Village (corresponding to earlier Survey No.219/5A1A) as per the FMB maintained by them.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider his representation dated 25.11.2015, through which, he sought for details about the extent of the land in Therkkutheru Village Survey Nos.219/11, 219/12 and 219/13 of Therkutheru Village (corresponding to earlier Survey No.219/5A1A). 2.Considering the fact that the petitioner had made a representation on 25.11.2015 and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the said representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
