PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6 forbearing the 8th respondent from interfering the day to day affairs of the petitioner temple based on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.05.2022.

ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter, dated 16.05.2022 to the Registry seeking the matter to be posted before this Court 'for withdrawal'. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also present before this Court today and seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. He would further submit that since the petitioner has not made the necessary parties as party respondents, the petitioner seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the very same cause of action.
2. Recording the letter circulated by the learned counsel for the petitioner and his statement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the very same cause of action after impleading the necessary parties. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
