: Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Appeal is filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent Act, against the order dated 24.04.2018, made in WP(MD). No.9127 of 2018, on the file of this Court.

Prayer in WP(MD)No.9127 of 2018 :

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent no.1 and 5 to place the petitioners request to set aside the order of dismissal passed by the respondent no.6 before the syndicate and consequently directing the respondent no.5 to admit the petitioner to complete the studies in respondent no.6 college or other college from the year he had left. For Appellant : Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy JUDGEMENT (Order of this Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.,) This Writ Appeal is filed against the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in WP(MD).No.9127 of 2018, dated 24.04.2018.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this Writ Appeal by giving permission to file Review Petition as against the order passed in the earlier appeal in W.A.(MD)No.1460 of 2017 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to pursue his remedy by way of Review Petition, as against the Judgment passed in W.A.(MD). No.1460 of 2017, in the manner known to law. No costs.
