PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the petitioner's impugned order dated 04.08.2020 on the file of the 3rd respondent suspending the petitioner from the post of junior assistant from the 4th respondent school and quash the same and further directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service.
