ORDER
The daughter of the petitioner aged 25 years gone missing on 24.03.2025. On the next day, the petitioner has given a complaint to Paramakudi Town Police Station regarding missing of her daughter. Immediately, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. 2.We find that the daughter of the petitioner had some difference of opinion with her parents and therefore, left the home. A week ago, she herself contacted her family and joined with them. Both the petitioner and the daughter petitioner are present today. 3.This Court find that this Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed in haste without proper verification of the fact. We hope that in future, Advocates do not venture like this and file Habeas Corpus Petition with false or unverified facts.
