CRL MP(MD) No.4084 of 2021 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is a coolie worker and his day to day livelihood is very much affected and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
