ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C @ 306 IPC, in Crime No.129 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the deceased obtained loan from money lender and the same was given to his friends to satisfy their needs. Thereafter, his friends never give back the money. Therefore, the deceased was under stress and committed suicide. Hence, the complaint .
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation is not yet completed and further would submit that in the suicide note the deceased mentioned the name of the petitioner.
5.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
