************ This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.02 of 2017, dated 18.01.2017 on the file of the first respondent, which is transferred as Crime No.01/2017 dated 05.02.2017 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The facts of this case is covered by the Judgment of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1356 of 2018 batch, dated 20.09.2018. Accordingly, Crime No.01 of 2017 dated 05.02.2017 pending before the second respondent, is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
