ORDER
The writ petitioner herein, who applied for the post of Police Constable Grade II, though was found eligible otherwise was not given appointment due to the pendency of the criminal case, which came to light subsequently during the verification.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the said criminal case ended in acquittal and the fact was brought to the notice of the respondents by letter dated 25.09.2017. But, till date, no order was passed by the respondents.

3. When the matter came up for admission today, the learned
Additional Government Pleader represents that the representation of the petitioner is under active consideration and within a period of 15 days from today, orders will be passed in accordance with law.
4. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on or before 30.11.2018.
