O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.556/3 after obtaining adequate police protection from the third respondent.

2. The petitioner has given an application for survey on 05.02.2025 and thereafter she has also given a representation on 19.03.2025, which has been received by the respondents on 20.03.2025.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders on the petitioner's survey application dated 05.02.2025 and representation dated 19.03.2025, after giving advance intimation to the petitioner as well as to the neighbours, who are objecting the survey and also to the third respondent officials. The first respondent shall intimate the third respondent about the 2/4

requirement of police protection and on any such request being made, the third respondent shall ensure that sufficient police force is made available at the site to enable peaceful survey to be conducted. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of 12 weeks the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 15.04.2025 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no sn To:
