ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 2 and 3.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the petitioner is not an accused in FIR in Crime No.43 of 2024, dated 03.04.2024 on the file of the third respondent. 3.Considering the same, there shall be no impediment in directing the first respondent to issue passport to the petitioner. 2/4

4.Therefore, the Writ Petition stands allowed. The first respondent shall process the application of the petitioner and to issue passport to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
