The plaintiff in O.S.No.27 of 2023, on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai, has filed the present revision petition, seeking expeditious disposal of the suit filed for partition. 2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the suit is being adjourned for framing of issues from October 2023 onwards. Hence, the present revision petition.

3.Considering the above said facts, the the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2025.
4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
