ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.3386 of 2026, dated 19.02.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition and that the investigation is pending, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police on every alternate Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
