RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition dated 05.10.2018 passed in Crl.OP(MD)No. 17293 of 2018 by this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.WILLIAM CHRISTOPHER, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition dated 05.10.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17293 of 2018. 2.It is found that this Court had granted anticipatory bail on 05.10.2018 to the petitioner. The petitioner have come up with this petition, seeking modification of the condition passed by this Court. 3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner and the same stands dismissed.
