Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2015 and to measure the petitioner's land and to earmark the boundaries of the property as per patta issued by the 3rd respondent on 30.10.2014. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 13.02.2015 through which, he sought for measurement of his land as per patta issued by the 3rd respondent dated 30.10.2014.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that till this date the measurement has not been done.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.02.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
