(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, who is a practising lawyer has come forward with this writ petition seeking action against the respondent No.4 for plying mini bus in non permit route.

deviation of permit condition on one earlier occasion for which punishment was imposed by compounding the violation. He further submitted that as when any deviation is made by the respondent No.4 by plying the mini bus in non permit route action will be taken against him in accordance with law.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
