Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith release all the amounts due to the petitioner which are witheld in the course of discharge of works by the petitioner for the Pattinamkathan Panchayat Village Panchayat including the earnest money deposits and security deposits within a reasonable time period to be fixed by this Court.
