For Respondent : Mr.M.Muthumanikkam Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Sec.439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :-To modify the condition of the bail order dated 11.06.2021 imposed upon the petitioner directing the petitioner to a sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand Only)as nonrefundable amount to the account of the Tamilnadu Chief Minister`s relief fund, by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai in Cr.M.P.No.2024 of 2021.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai in Crl.M.P.No. 2024 of 2021 dated 11.06.2021 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- as nonrefundable amount to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Relief Fund.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is suffering from kidney problem and he has to spent a lot of money for his medical treatment, for which he has also produced the medical records, hence he seeks modification of the above said condition.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai in Crl.M.P.No. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.8150 of 2021 2024 of 2021 dated 11.06.2021 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- as non- refundable amount to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Relief Fund is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to the credit of Government of Tamil Nadu, CMPRF in IOB, Secretariat Branch, Chennai-9 (Account No.11720 10000 00070, IFSC Code: IOBA0001172), without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the trial Court and produce the receipt/acknowledgment before the concerned Court while executing sureties. All other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain unaltered.

4. The petition is ordered accordingly.
