The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 57 days in filing the appeal, challenging the order, dated 15.04.2025 made in Probate O.P.No.1 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Court, Theni.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent and also perused the records.

3.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the regular course.
