PRAYER IN W.P.(MD)No.22863 of 2015: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2015 and consequently, to survey petitioner's land by fixing the boundary in Survey Nos.79/6 having an extent of 23 1⁄2 cents situated at Kurumpapatti Village, Dindigul North Taluk and to issue individual patta to the petitioner which is situated at Kurumpapatti Village, Dindigul North Taluk, Dindigul District.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioners, I only direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 10.08.2015, 05.08.2015 and 20.08.2015 respectively, and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
